Suggested content for Letter of Intro for Les Sans-Abri Project

1.                  We need Housing & Food for Homeless W/O substance Abuse but find them selves in difficulties.

 

2.                  Will offer Job assistance and referral to agencies active in these fields.

 

3.                   We are asking your assistance and support in launching this effort.

 

4.                   Need seed money for a Concert series to raise funds and awareness in the Louisiana and Texas Area.

 

5.                   Will you lend a hand?

 

 

Philip’s proposal:  Concert series

1. Locations Across State and @ Longview TX
2. Use same bands @ each event
3. Use “donation” tickets for events

 

Father’s Proposal

1. Fund raising Committees
2. Letter of intro prepared, Use Grant writer
3. Mailing list assembled
4. Party preparation, Decide location, Music, Food, collect door prizes
5. Mail List Response team, respond to questions as a result of posting letter, Collect info, Determine # of people attending.
6. Publicity team, Contact media-give interviews
7. Set up Concert, Contact bands, organize music, chairs, concessions, speakers, choose moderator.
